With a name like Saffron, you didn't expect any less, did you?
I could easy ramble about what brought me here today and what moved me into starting Weegie Wellbeing. It's a mush of life tales, studies, health & personal downfalls, more compromises and a nice big dollop of Covid-19.
Telling you what drives me, might make this simpler.
I've been there, I've bought several t-shirts when it comes to health and life stories. I want to make a change.
I realised that to have made any difference in my journey, I would have benefitted from genuine, straight talk (with a bit of science). The best place i could find in my timeline for this, was my teens.
Many reasons had held me back but I found particularly now, after the impact of Covid, now really is the time.
Where Do We Go From Here?
My personal belief is that we awaken to the root causes that feed disease. That feed bad mental health. That feed a society and culture that is in dire need of a reset in body, mind and soul.
I'm just me. A bit of an eccentric fuelled with passion.
