WEEGIE WELLBEING WORKSHOPS @ KAIROS WOMEN+ SUPPORT GROUPS, RENFREWSHIRE

Saffron has provided workshops recently for the drop-in group and Recovery Space at Kairos, Abbeymill Business Centre in Paisley.  The sessions were an introduction to how essential oils have unique, therapeutic properties.  The group participants were able to learn more about these oils and how they've been used throughout the centuries.  Many oils were whiffed, sampled and a guided facial massage ended the session.  The group were able to take home some self-care knowledge.  We highlighted the importance of implementing change from a 'whole' viewpoint and drifted away from the thought of self care just being a 'pamper'.
